The Assembly is a wellbeing club built by and for people who love to work out, work hard, relax often, go outside, and do it all with friends. The Assembly creates space for people to discover and practice what makes them feel good. At The Assembly, we are in pursuit of bringing comfort, health, and happiness to the world. We make taking care of yourself easy. We believe in good workouts, good food, and good company. We are curious. We are responsible. We believe wellbeing happens with community.

My role

The Assembly is a women-focused wellness club designed for people who move with intention, those who love to work out, work hard, unwind often, head outdoors, and do it all in good company. It’s a space to explore what makes you feel good and to build a lifestyle around it.
Rooted in the belief that wellbeing thrives in community, The Assembly makes self-care feel effortless, with great workouts, nourishing food, and uplifting experiences shared together. We’re curious, grounded, and always in pursuit of comfort, health, and happiness.
As a Graphic Designer, I supported The Assembly’s creative vision by crafting marketing assets and brand visuals that spoke to its values. I designed for a range of needs, from event promotions and social media content to digital touchpoints and web experiences, ensuring every interaction felt cohesive, intentional, and welcoming.


The following design is a re-imagined version of the website:

Class Booking – Weekly Schedule

Purpose: This screen enables members to explore, book, and manage their fitness classes in an intuitive calendar layout.
Design Decisions:
  • Weekly calendar navigation helps users plan ahead.
  • Class cards highlight instructor, type, duration, and availability.
  • Clear “Book” states (including confirmation checkmark) reduce friction and build confidence in reservations.
Impact: Improves retention by making class discovery and booking effortless. Members can commit to routines while exploring new instructors and class types in one glance.

Fitness Dashboard – Status, Challenges, Leaderboard

Purpose: This screen provides members with personalized fitness tracking, challenges, and a social leaderboard to drive accountability and motivation.
Design Decisions:
  • At-a-glance metrics (classes taken, streaks) encourage consistency.
  • Progress rings visually communicate challenge completion and status.
  • The leaderboard gamifies participation, showcasing top members and creating friendly competition.
Impact: Transforms fitness into a social and motivational experience. Members stay engaged not just by tracking their own progress, but by being part of a larger, inspiring community.

Clubhouse – Spaces & Events

Purpose: This screen showcases physical and digital gathering spaces where members can connect, along with upcoming events they can join.
Design Decisions:
  • Hero imagery highlights serene, inviting interiors to set the tone of community and belonging.
  • Events are displayed as engaging cards with dates, times, and immersive visuals for quick scannability.
  • Visual storytelling emphasizes the experience-first approach — not just what the event is, but how it feels.
Impact: Encourages community participation by blending aspirational spaces with tangible activities. Members can imagine themselves in the environments and are motivated to sign up.

Shop – Self-care & Clothing Marketplace

Purpose: This screen allows members to discover and purchase curated wellness and lifestyle products, from skincare essentials to sustainable clothing.
Design Decisions:
  • Products are organized into clear categories (Self-care, Clothing) for easy browsing.
  • Large product cards with imagery, pricing, and quick “Add to cart” actions streamline shopping.
  • A minimalist aesthetic with generous white space keeps the focus on the products, aligning with the brand’s premium feel.
Impact: By integrating a shop directly into the platform, members can extend their wellness journey beyond classes and events, fostering loyalty and increasing revenue through lifestyle commerce.
